Baking at High Altitude

I have been in a baking groove the last month and have been enjoying learning to make all of my favorite recipes and some new ones at high altitude.

Like these fabulous lemon bars.  Bright, tart, and bursting of Summer.

Brownies anyone?  Fudgy, chewy, chocolately goodness.

My husband was awesome enough to let me play in our bakeshop frosting these rose cupcakes last weekend.  It feels like SPRING!

Did I mention I got a Belgian Waffle maker for Christmas??  Well, I did and I have been enjoying it LOTS.  Homemade blackberry syrup, homemade waffle mix, and fluffy breakfast in minutes.
